The Massachusetts Educational Foundation contributes to professional development through our Learning Lottery. The Learning Lottery periodically offers $250 grants for educational and training purposes. Winners are drawn from the applicants in lottery fashion at announced events.
The Massachusetts Educational Foundation will be awarding a Learning Lottery to a South Shore Women’s Business Network member at their April 2012 breakfast.

Grants may be awarded prior to the training being taken to prevent financial hardship. However, all grantees must agree to complete a one page report about this training upon completion and submit it to the Massachusetts Educational Foundation no later than six weeks after the training is completed. If this obligation is not met, the grantee will need to repay the Massachusetts Educational Foundation the full amount of the grant.
